With over 30 years of global luxury hospitality experience across Germany, South Africa, and the United States, Rudy Tauscher founded T3 Hospitality Advisory Group to guide developers and operators through the development and management of luxury hotels and residences, particularly within mixed-use projects. His extensive expertise in the highly competitive New York City market spans every stage of project delivery—from concept and design alignment to development, construction, launch, and ongoing operations.

Tauscher has led some of the city’s most transformative projects, including Trump International Hotel and Tower (now Trump International), Mandarin Oriental New York and Mandarin Oriental Residences, and Aman New York. He also spearheaded the repositioning strategy for Four Seasons New York, a project ultimately halted by the impact of COVID-19.
